This store is overpriced and actually has a poor selection of kitchen supplies, despite its overcrowded shelves.###The staff is unhelpful and often rude, ignoring many shoppers while fawning all over others. In my most recent interaction there, I called about a special order for an expensive item, and was actually told by the staffer that she was too "busy with important customers" to check on my order.###Later, shopping in person, I complained to the owner about the poor service and I was literally screamed at for several minutes, before being kicked out of the store for being "too demanding".###You'd be much better off shopping at the new Hartwicks, where the staff is friendly and there is a real selection of good supplies.
