I've furnished my whole home from this place! Great selection, great staff. I've never needed to go anywhere else. My latest purchase is a Tempur-pedic mattress, which I love, love, love. Wish I could afford to update my home every year!

I have been buying from Edgewater Home Furnishings for the last 10 years--both for my office as well as my home. I would never buy anywhere else, they are simply the best and the store is so beautiful, I'm afraid to go back at times because I always find yet "one more thing" that is just the right piece to add to my home. Last year we purchased a second home and consulted them again for design services as well as furnishing practically every room. From mattresses to accent pieces. I LOVE my flexsteel sofas (I now have two) and I also selected and ordered custom designed furnishings for both my home and my office--so easy and fun with their help! These guys stand behind everything. They have always gone above and beyond. I send my family and all my clients there--because I know they will receive the same amazing treatment I get every time. I purchased a $1000.00 mattress with a 10 year warranty. They make you buy a$100.00 mattress protector for the warranty. Less than one year later the mattress is obviously a faulty product. Sent them all the warranty info back in October...five months later still dealing with horrible sleeps on a piece of garbage. Manufacturer says they have dealt with the store and Edgewater says dealing with the manufacturer. Their warranties are a JOKE, buy from somewhere else.

3 years ago I purchased $4000 of living room furniture including a $900 chair and ottoman with so called upgraded fabric. The fabric has since faded, wore, tore, and stretched even though the chair has had minimal use and is in a room with little natural light to cause the extensive fading. When I asked what could be done I was told the fabric is under warranty for one year and this is my problem. The fabric has been discontinued by FlexSteel probably due to all its problems. One year warranty or not I expect businesses to do the right thing. Paying $900 for an item that barely looks good for a year is unacceptable. I have other 10 year old upholstered furniture from Lazy Boy and Norwalk which looks like new. Flex Steel and Edgewater quality is horrible and their customer service is even worse!!! Shop elsewhere!!

Stay away from Edgewater Furniture if you want customer service and quality furniture.
