I personally have always enjoyed Emerald City Comics. They have quite a few back issues, are experts on anything related to comics, and have good role-playing games. At Emerald City Comics, if it is your forte, you can rent Anime shows from them, too.

For being the oldest shop in Oregon this place just doesn't have much pride. the shop is cramped and the guy with the glasses running the shop is rude and seems bothered when asked if I could look at some back issues. He seemed more interested in talking to some guy in there and they were both so loud I just left the place without buying anything.
