They came out to look at my washer and told us it would be 800.00 and they would have to take it for 2 weeks. My machine was just out of warranty, but the company was going to cover the cost. They called Four J's and gave them the info the needed and then Four J's called me to set up a time to pickup the machine. I had to move schedules around so someone would be home all day till four so they could pick it up. They never showed...twice. when all was said and done they wanted to send another person out to look at it. I went with another company and 3 hours later my washer works.

Want to thank Four J's appliance for the promtness that they showed when servicing my Washer and dryer. They scheduled me within the next day and they had the parts in stock for the washer and were back out two days later to finish the dryer. I can't say how happy that makes my household having the washer and dryer running again.Thanks again,

A key barometer of measure of service is how forthcoming they are with information. He was VERY informative & helpful to me over the phone in determining which brand of fridge I should be looking at to replace my dead one...one that he had not been called to look at.I give him 5 stars for integrity. That says a LOT when you're faced with major repairs and need guidance on 'when to fix it' and 'when to cut your losses'.Thanks, Jim.JR
