Impg managed our house for over three years. Renter turnover was frequent and the time in between renters was excessive due to the slowness of getting the house ready to rent. They are poor about returning phone calls and emails. When our last tenant left, we were assured the yard which was damaged (dead lawn, bushes and trees due to not watering) would be taken from the security deposit. But they later charged us nearly $800 for yard work that we did not authorize. The workman who did the lawn repair, covered up our automatic sprinklers and cut the electric line to the walkway light. Even though we did not approve the work, (we were supposed to approve anything over $100.) and the work done damaged our property, we were still billed and treated horribly. If you care about your property, find someone else to manage it.

we had impg take care of our home while we were out of state. It was always hard to get them to call us about anything or return our calls. The tenant turnover was high even though the property was in a nice neighborhood and was rented at a good fee. Every time there was a change to a new tenant, it took 2 or 3 months while they took a long time to find an new tenant and even then, there was always a delay for moving in because of slowness at getting the house (nearly new) ready for the next tenant.When we told them we didn't want to rent out our home anymore after the last tenant left, we were told that the yard grass and many plants had died because the tenant (which they were supposed to be supervising) had failed to run the automatic sprinkler. If the manager or someone in the office had driven by once a month, this could've been avoided. The tenant was charged for yard repair, which was done poorly, damaging the sprinklers, and now they are trying to charge us more money.
