I am very disappointed with the particular jack in the box. I've had my food not made right or not even make my bag. Last night I got a Grande Sausage Burrito and there was no sausage or cheese! Just eggs and hash browns, yuck! I've also had many items that I paid for not be given to me.

well, lets just say that the food was good as always but the customer service really

needs to be better!! the girls last time I was there was in 2009 I believe it was feb 12 .The

lady was rude and being a little snobby ..and I'm not trying to put anybody down .. some people dont have

good people skills and shouldnt be up front with the customers or should get more sleep.

I like eating out and want it to be a good time for me and my family..thanks
