We are a local family owned and operated commercial real estate business with properties in Eugene, Springfield, and surrounding areas for the last 35 years. We currently have over 100 tenants in a variety of types of spaces including storefront retail, offices, shops, and storage units, both freestanding and in strip centers. Self-managing our properties allows us to offer more personal relationships with our tenants and more affordable rates than most. With goals quite different than those of an intermediary, we strive to provide upfront detailed and honest information so that tenants can be fit with the right spaces for their long term success.
