Not sure about these other reviews. Med-Tech has always came through for me on time and at a lower cost than anyone else.

STAY CLEAR.

Sent my $250 boots 5 days after I paid for them. I paid extra for UPS 3 day select and even more extra to have it posted to my PO Box. Over a week later, NOTHING. Took over a week to get tracking information from the "customer service" team and had to phone around to find out where my package actually was. To find out it was sent by Fedex who I did not want as they do not post to PO Boxes. Still waiting to hear from someone higher up!

Can't believe these fools are able to consider themselves professionals.

BUYERS BEWARE! If the item says "in-stock" that does not mean it will ship. It just means that you can order it and wait two weeks for them to ship it. I bought a snorkel from them two weeks ago and it still has not shipped. When I asked why it had not shipped they said that they did not have the item and they were waiting for it. I told them that it said "in-stock" online and they said that just meant that you could still buy it. Very misleading. The item should be printed as "back order" instead. I then asked if they could expedite the shipping to make sure the item got here by Friday. They stated that I could pay for a faster delivery. SO much for my offer for them to make thing right. They state that part of their mission is "customer satisfaction"... I have never been satisfied with sneaky interpretations of a definition. Disappointing, upset that I was mislead, still missing an item I needed last Friday, and never buying from Med-Tech Resources again is all that has come out of my experience with Med-Tech Resources.

Created a Net 30 Day account today, and Jean, was patient, considerate, and answered all my questions and concerns. She went above and beyond great customer satisfaction...I will be back!
