I have been to this specific store quite a few times, more times than I can count and I wonder why I keep coming back if I know that the service is going to be extremely bad and unprofessional. They literally do not know what they are doing and clearly have never learned what being polite even means nor will you catch a smile from them. I am saddened to see that they can keep their jobs and not get fired for delivering such a bad customer service. The ladies are incompetent and not motivated nor will they listen to the customers' needs. An example would be that this morning I came in to pay my monthly due and the lady told me to pay 43 instead of what I usually pay. I called her on it and she said that it has always been 43 and I denied as it has never been 43. I am the one to know since it's never been 43 and she offered no explanation. She only wanted the payment.

I went in to this store on Saturday to transfer service from my phone to a new one i had recently purchased and get new service on another phone. The lady that helped me was quite literally the worst employee i have ever dealt with. She transferred the service and connected the other phone but cancelled my unlimited plan on my phone and replaced it with a 5gb plan which I discovered later. She also charged me $60 for the plan on the other phone which was not what I told her i wanted. She told me that with the new service i was eligible for $20 in accessories for free. But when i checked the reciept after getting home i discovered she had charged me $30 for the accessories and i saw a $70 reconnect fee, but i hadn't lost service so there was no reason for that charge. I approached manager a few hours later when i discovered these things and he was quite possibly the most rude and belligerent manager i have ever run into. He informed me he wasn't going to help me and called the police.

I went in to the Metro PCS store today, I guess they just opened. I only went in to compare prices and get an idea for what they had in stock. A very nice girl named Morene helped me. She was personable, educated, patient, and very soft spoken. I liked dealing with her. I've been to lots of phone stores, and sometimes the salespeople are pushy and fake. This girl seemed very genuine. She wanted to find the best deal possible for me. Anyways, I had a very pleasant experience and I'm going to ask for her to help sign me up.
