Established in 1983, OSLC Community Programs is a private, nonprofit organization that provides research-based treatment and prevention services to children, youths and families. It offers family functional therapy and multidimensional treatment and early intervention foster care programs that focus on counseling and mental health care services for children up to the age of 19. OSLC Community Programs also provides Connections, a short-term behavioral health care program that emphasizes child welfare services and parenting training for biological and adoptive parents.
