Chicken Salad

You need to bring back the chicken salad. The present on is just plain bad. Salad and hot chicken do not go together. who ever thought of this needs to go back to the drawing board. I have eaten in th China Bistros for years and taken company there. So disapointed in you.

the staff at this locaton is very nice. After eating there on Tuesday the 7th. The bartender sugested I write. Perhaps Mr.M. Wang can shedd some light on this dish.

Thank you so much for coming to Eugene. Don't like to travel to Vegas or Burbank(my favorite) to enjoy your food.

Exceptional food and great atmosphere. Best Chinese food I have had. Try the lettuce wraps.
