What a horrible experience. Rude salespeople ignoring and offering only bad attitudes to 4 different groups of customers in the short time I was there. Considering how many smoke shops there are in the area, I will choose to support one that can actually provide decent customer service. The staff knowing about there products? That must be what you were laughing about Tami C.

I love this place. Not only do they have everything and anything ,the place is beautiful and put together nicely. The staff is amazing they know all the info on each piece they sell. Plus they are awesome to talk and joke with. I will definitely go there from now on for all my glass and ect needs. Keep up the good work you guys!

Bought a Trio product from Lacey , very disappointed with the product, and while I paying for it , Lacey told me if in 30 days I have problems with it ,just bring it back. Called and spook to her ,and told her that the product is not working properly , haven't use it and glass is already cracked, but I understand the business is business , and I'm just asking if I bring it back , and she can just do some store credit I would be appreciated; however , after Lacey told me she is very busy at the moment, and will call me back , I ,then never received any phone call for a week, and any time I tried to call ,it will be David answering the phone and told me Lacey is not there in a very rude tone. So , I guess that was the bad experience , and will never go back there again. So , if you just need a product and don't care what you get then come to Pandora's Box. If you want to spend your money on good quality products TRUST me Pandora's box is NOT the place !!!!!!! Buyer's be aware !!!!!
