DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!!! In the Eugene store, in 4 months I never got a call back. They messed up our paperwork so that we ended up with out-of-pocket expenses. They gave us incorrect information about return policies and it took them from December to March to just send in our Pre-authorization to the insurance company and then didn't bill them correctly. I will NEVER give them business again. HORRID!!!
