Arrogant, thoughtless childish and dishonest. If these are the qualities you are looking for in a vet, then look no further than Riverbrook. I took my pets to Dr. Browning for a time; until 2 incidents took place. First, after euthanizing our cat (via a shot in her *belly*! I was expecting a catheter in her leg and she went so fast, I didn't even have a chance to say goodbye to her or hold her). Then, with my six-year old son sitting within ear shot, he cracked a joke about it to his receptionist! The last time I saw him (that should have been the last time, but it wasn't), he got mad at me after learning that I was getting a discount price on medications from a manufacturer for my service dog. He flew into a tizzy and wouldn't even explain why that got him mad! I expect behavior like that from a two-year old, not a (supposedly professional) man!Take note: Dr. Browning holds himself out as a eye specialist. However, look for any special certificates on his walls. You won't find any.

Arrogance that's all I can say. Scolded me each time I went in about how badly behaved my Beagle was. Instead of helping me I was constantly listening to how much 'experience' he had and all the things I could be doing to make my dog a better pet. I get the impression all pets are inferior to his own. Not gonna waste my time with that again, I have since found another vet.
