Thank you for a fantastic experience! Derek did a great job showing me a variety of units without high pressure. I chose an older small motorhome that looked fantastic and only had 31K miles. That low mileage can often be a problem, but as part of the deal they were OK with me paying for a compression test on the engine and if it was ok I would buy it. It was ok. They guarantee the coach to be completely camp ready when you pick up the unit.They have qualified technicians go over the unit thoroughly with you showing that everything works. Dusty the tech was great! As I left I detected a slight noise in the rear of the unit. I drove to Florenece and the noise got louder so I took it to Prairie Rd. Automotive since they did the compression test.They diagnosed the problem and quoted me a lot of money to fix it. I bought the unit as is with the understanding that everything was in good mechanical order. Prairie RD. Auto called Jack at RV Outlet and he and Dennis the owner of RV Outlet agreed to pay for the repair. I was so impressed by their honor and integrity in handling this matter. I whole heartedly recommend RV Outlet! They were fantastic start to finish. My motorhome now runs and works perfectly.
