In Reference to SaintofCircumstance:
I am sorry if your custom project took longer than you expected. Please note it is Custom and it can take a few emails back and forth before we are sure we are going to make what you are requesting. I have never seen a custom quote take that long and am happy to look into it further if you want to email me directly at [email protected]. We certainly have never refunded a customer without them requesting so, and the only reason we would even charge a customer in the first place is if we have received an order from them. So, I am confused as to your story, as it has never happened in 14 years of business.
In Reference to Greg G.:
Any and all orders we have made a mistake on we fix immediately! I don't show your name showing up on an order recently, so I can't determine what the problem even was, but I certainly would have been the person to make the call on your order, and the only time I would tell the customer there are additional fees is when they have given us an incorrect address and we have to reship, or they ordered the wrong product and they want it changed. There is no other reason.
We have over 220,000 customers, an A+ rating with the BBB, almost 5,000 fans with a 4-1/2 star rating on Facebook.
Unfortunately though there will always be a customer that isn't happy with how we handle a situation, but I am always willing and able to try.

Provided by YP.comJust as another reviewer says- god forbid they screw up your order. Strapworks has the most horrendous customer service I've ever encountered.
Even when they indisputably screw up your order, they refuse to take care of the problem unless you pay extra money for them to do so. The customer service reps follow the company owner's lead with belligerently dishonest tactics and try their best to nickel and dime you to death after they screw up your order. The owner truly does not behave like a rational human being. Dealing with a strapworks screw up the most insane customer service nightmare I've ever experienced.

Provided by YP.comThis place sucks! For almost 2 months I worked with Mike in their custom department trying to get just one prototype made for a very simple product. Week after week I waited for him to return my calls and emails, always being met with another excuse as to why my job wasn't done. Then he started telling me that it would be mailed out within a day or two, and I waited week after week for it to arrive. Each time I would check on it he would give me another reason why it hadn't been done. Finally I received a refund to my PayPal account without so much as an explanation or apology. I can't remember being treated this badly by any company, ever.
