Im not one bit happy at all with there customer service or there pricing I was told I would get a refund on my tv in 2 weeks then i was told it was gonna be in a month seriously every store nationwide pays cash when you return something you have lost my customer service for a lifetime plus many others

We decided on Thanksgiving night to buy our new Samsung 60" LED Smart 3D television. I had been in the store a couple of times prior to Thanksgiving and had always been helped by John F. He was always very personable and answered my questions completely. My wife had left the window shopping and information gathering up to me. I knew exactly which one I wanted, but needed my wife's input on which Sound Bar we would select as I am nearly deaf without my hearing aids. We decided on the Bose Cine Mate 1 SR array. After spending that night and part of the next day trying to set the system up with several calls to John's personal cell phone, I finally broke down and watched the DVD Bose provided. On the instructions, they mentioned a couple of times the importance of watching the DVD first before attempting to set the system up. With John's assistance and the DVD I finally had it working. Wow, what a system. I strongly recommend Video Only and John F. to everyone.

I was thrilled with the sevice that my wife and I was provided!We purchased a J.V.C. LCD television.We love it.The front firing speakers sound better than any I looked at!John was a real great guy and answered all of our questions.We liked the store so much that we bought a pair of Polk Audio speakers to enhance our theater experience.We couldn't be happier with our purchase.The prices were the best that I could find.Even online!

Video Only

I got good pricing & service!! It took me time & research before I went in the first time. We were planning too get a 46in LED, I did get pissed at 1 salesman 3 or 4th visit? Finally we did walk out with the latest & greatest 55in Plasma VT30 series, when we get healed from the vt30 purchase - We'll be back` for the AV Equipment & Speakers!One other thing, in 95` I bought a 35in from them!Thanks David S.PS; Too the folks that had problems; did you do any research or had an idea what you wanted. That would help a lot, plus I see that you have internet skills-get informed!

Don't seem to value customers. $2,000 purchase is not enough to get ANY customer service

Bought and paid for two televisions.. when they went back to get them-said they didn't have them but would order. Three week later, still no TV's and they would not give money back unless we went there from Roseburg with original invoice. Time and money spent would be outrageous - offered to fax invoice - they said NO. Would not do anything !!!!!!
