I'm so disappointed. I paid $260 for them to steam clean my carpets and get a red stain out from washable colored hairspray (used on Halloween), and patch a small spot where the fibers were scratched up by my dog and you could see the netting. The stain is still completely there. I had better luck with a vinegar mixture I read about online. When I mentioned this fact, the guy told me I should just try that again. After I just paid a couple hundred dollars for HIM to remove the stain! He wants me to do it. He also said he'd call his employer to come by with some other, stronger solution to possibly get the red out. That was Tuesday, this is Friday and, needless to say, I haven't heard from them. Okay, so stain removal isn't their thing... but it seems neither is standard cleaning or patch work. After the man observed his own crappy patch job, he actually suggested I just "move the couch over." You know, to cover it up. And the more I walk on my carpet, the more it seems I paid for nothing. The steam cleaning still left a couple of crusty spots where my dog has chewed her bone. It revealed a couple of stains I didn't see before. And I smelled it yesterday, and it vaguely smells of feet. What DID they do for me? Oh, well they took my money off my hands. Avoid this company.
