This place deserves no stars.

The staff is horrible and incompetent.

First of all, they do absolutely nothing to regulate the nose at the pool all night. And I'm talking alllll night the trash of the complex comes out and congregates out by the pool. They drink and smoke pot all night. And have no regard for the other residents trying to sleep because they have to work the next day.

There's also a moth infestation at this complex.......and you will love having to throw out food and clothes that have been ruined.

Next, the maintenance men do not know how to repair anything. Don't waste your time calling them out. Plus they try and barge in on you if you don't answer the door in time. Thank god for the extra lock on the door that they cannot unlock from outside.

Your air conditioner will leak all summer, and they will only do temporary fixes that don't resolve the problem.

So enjoy your drenched carpet and walking in the huge wet spot created.

You'll love doing laundry in a sauna. Because that's how it is in the laundry matt. No air and you also have to walk by the loud and trashy people out by the pool to get to it. And yes, the machines are nasty and most don't work right.

Oh, and watch out for trash fines because it's $50 if you get one. I put out my tray on time and they picked up every one else's by me, accept mine. Go figure, and I put it out on time too. So I figure this is their way of making extra money off you.

And don't ever accidentally leave anything out by the pool because they supposedly just throw it out instead of putting it in the lost and found. But I know the staff just pockets your belongings, so don't forget anything out there.

The workout room is also a joke. They never repair the treadmills, so all of them won't be working.

Therefore, the staff is horrible, which includes the maintenance crew that can barely speak English, and the trashy residents will add to your reasons to move out of this dump. It may look decent from outside when driving up to it, but as you get closer and into the complex, it changes.

Do not move here, period.

i have never been in such a worst apartment. it started 2 months into the lease, when a water pipe busted above us (we live on the 2nd floor). water coming through light sockets and everything. all they did was remove the foam under the carpet and never put any new foam back. it took me months to finally get them out to check for mold in the roof and all they did was cut a hole in the roof, then to cover it, screwed a plastic outlet cover over it! they have cracks in the foundation, the floors have boards that move the floor when you stand there, walls are paper thin and will get you noise complaints that will lead to lease violations if your music is slightly above average noise level. our door got broken into and it took them 2 WEEKS to come out and fix it. we couldn't even lock our door. they are section 8 so now there are cars getting broken into and shady people all around. lovely -.-. they always hire abunch of VERY rude and mouthy women (and yes, i'm a woman)to run the office!! you feel like your living back at your parents house!! no washer/dryer connections in the apartments so you are forced to go to their extremely crappy laundromat that has broken machines alllll the time. the fire alarms here go off at the hint of heat!!!!!!! they are sooooo sensitive it's absolutely ridiculous. they told us we were moving into a 489 square foot apartment, we found out it's 419 sp ft!!! our water bill doubled and stayed that way!!! we got multiple reasons why it remained high (water pipe broke, city is charging residents in the area, water rates went up, it's the summer, everyone's water goes up etc etc). they force you to pay for the vallet trash pickup even though they pick up the trash when ever they want and won't pick up certain trash. their employees will drink beer and chill around the pool while on the clock. extremely expensive pet deposit. i could really keep going on but it's giving me a headache just looking at this. to sum it up...............stay away if you value your sanity.
