I'm a little late getting this in.
About a month ago ,I went to get a battery at two different department
stores ,both said they no longer did that. I called the the Euless store,
I talked to Kristen, the manager, she was very friendly and polite, and said
they put batteries in watches.
Me and my wife walked in, I met Denise she was very friendly, I told her what I
needed she said, the watch expert was Daniel but he was busy at the moment,
she offered us some coffee or water. I finally met Daniel after about 30 to 35 mins.
later. Daniel was so polite and apologetic for me having to wait to put a battery in
my watch I told him that I understood him being with other customers.
When my watch was done, I pulled out my wallet to pay, he said no charge,
for me having to wait. I told him I didn't mind paying, he said no sir it's on me.
I told him thank you for being a Blessing, to find out that is dad worked in the
ministry also.
Daniel and all the staff are so Amazing, Thank You All, GOD BLESS.
