RIP OFF ALERT!!!!!! I called in for a appt and was told that a 2:15 time was available. I arrived at 2:00 and walked to the counter where 3 people were sitting and not one of them greeted me promptly. I felt like I was a distraction to them. I filled out the paperwork and then sat in the waiting room until 2:45. I was then taken back to get xrays and I think I was the first person she ever did a xray on. She kept having to redo them. I had atleast 25. I then sat in the xray chair while she went to see if there is a chair available. I was the only person in the waiting room by the way. So I go to the chair where I sit for another 20-30 min before anyone says anything to me. And when she did it was to apologize for it taking so long. Another 5 min passed and then the Dr came to do the exam. I was in some pain and told her that and she proceed to check all of my teeth instead of first concentrating on the main issue. After she checked all the teeth and heres the part where I realized that all you care about is upselling, she starting going over why I need to have my teeth cleaned there. The asst was putting all the info in the computer and after the Dr said that I would need a root canal on my problem tooth she walked away. The asst then said that they have 0% financing that is in house and that the total for the cleaning and root canal, she said I needed 2, would be over 5500.00. When I asked about how much the 1 root canal would be she was very tentative about giving me the price. I had to ask her twice. She said it was 1890.00. I told her that was twice the amount of any other place and she said that a option would be to down grade from a porcelin cap to something much cheaper. I at this point am so frustrated I decide to just leave. It is now close to 4 o'clock and I asked that if I went ahead and paid for the 1 could they do it today because I was in some pain and they said no that they could set a appt for the next day. I wasted over 2 hours and still had no help. I honestly think that you rip people off saying 0% and charging the interest into the price of the service. I was going to pay cash for the root canal and didnt need your fake 0%.I dont want to be contacted by any staff there unless you would like to refund the 39.00 I paid to waste 2 hrs and leave in worse pain then I arrived. And I assure you this will not be the last post I talk about your office.

Was not impressed! For my first appointment I arrived 30 minutes early with my paperwork in hand. I was asked to fill out 6 more pages of info. As I'm doing that I can hear the phones ringing, receptionists answering but telling all callers that their phones aren't working and to call back later - slamming the phones down. Not professional at all. Then after waiting 45 minutes I'm finally told I'll have to call my insurance company to have them verify my benefits cause they already tried but couldn't. So I use my cell phone to call my insurance carrier and wahla - I'm able to hand over my cell phone to the receptionist to collect whatever information is needed. Well, an hour and 45 minutes from the time I walked in I'm still waiting just to see an orthodontist for a FREE consultation. So I believe time is money and at this point I believe I have ended up paying for a FREE consultation. Oh, and I should mention, there are 9 rows of chairs in here with more than a half a dozen of them marked " please do not sit. Chair is broken". I'm thinking why not just pull all of those chairs out of the lobby to avoid a potential accident especially with elderly or young children. Ugh!!!

***AWFUL SERVICE*** Brident Dental Euless is not Patient friendly. I will not refer anyone to this location or will not bring my daughter back for her braces. The cocck-eye front desk girl, long black stringy hair is rude and isn't professional at all. I came in for work on my daughters braces and she was upset when I asked to please fit me in today. she rolled her cocck-eye(well her good eye) sighed with hostility and told me "we will TRY to get to you as soon as we can, it will be a while. I sat patiently for an hour and a half. I finally got up and left.... MY RATING FOR THIS OFFICE GETS BIG FAT OOOOO'S!!!!!! wouldn't submit without rating. This place doesn't deserve 1 star
