Leasing office is unprofessional and when you have issue they are not helpful but on the defensive. Charged me erroneous move out fees that were not specified on the lease. Also charged me for disposable drip pans for the stove $20?



The worst part of this apartment is the parking issue they have created. There are more reserved parking then free parking which is creating a parking shortage. When paying $1200 a month atleast one parking space should be allowed. Again this parking problem is there own doing in an effort to get revenue for paying for a reserved parking space.



The other issue I had with this apartment was the "secured gated community" that was advertised. For the three years that I lived there the gate code was never changed and the gate was either open due to it not working or just plan not working. Everyone from the pizza delivery to the former tenant from 5 years ago can enter the apartment at any time because the code was never changed.

Parking is awful. Tried to purchase a covered parking, it was just as far as the open parking. When there is not any parks in the open area, you have to park in front of office. *****If you decide to move here ask them for specific parking at that time.***** I guess I really do not understand having all of the parking as covered parking. It's 2 parking spots that are open parking in front of my building that of course stay filled. Thanks!
