DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I went in for a simple service and they ruined my car. I went in for an oil change and had differential fluid applied to front and rear. No less than 15 miles later having my car stop on a ramp off 183 putting me in a very dangerous and scary situation. I had my car towed to the dealership and after they did the diagnosis, determined there was differential fluid placed into the wrong tank. Again, a simple service and they ruined the car and have made my life hell. According to the repair estimate report - “cvt transmission assembly, 10qts cvt fluid and 3pints diff fluid - - the diff is locked up and it looks like they didnt fillup the diff and added the gear oil to the transmission fluid”. This has become a troublesome financial issue. Their Insurance even requiring me to pay for a new battery because of the damage done by their service. Basically, you should not take newer models here. If you check the BBB, this situation has happened before.

This place is awesome. Owner operated, friendly staff, honest to a fault, K.C. and the gang have my business forever. Of course, like every place you go they suggest an air filter change, but they'll tell you if you can go a while longer. It's not the dealership pressure sale of something you may not really need.

The last time I was there they convinced me to get a fuel filter change. I didn't want to spend so much, but they are really good about shaving dollars here and there for services and negotiating a little. I agreed. After some time (watching Shark Week on the waiting area TV) I could see they were having trouble with something. It turned out they couldn't figure out the access to the fuel filter. LOL! That's not a bad thing; they were honest. I said I would just take it to the dealer who was probably more experienced with my car. They reminded me that the dealer charges three times as much, and they had someone who could do better if I came back another day.

They could have easily said they did it, and then didn't. They could also have said there was something beyond their control that happened. But, no, they admitted they had hit a road block. That's okay! We're human. it was amusing. No harm, no foul, I'll be back.

Ok so I went back this morning and the technicians fixed the problem. It was nothing they did wrong..it appears to have been a bad filter. They were very professional

Efficient, fast service. They will tell you if you need something and leave it up to you to decide - nothing is forced on you. Very helpful people working here. I have taken both cars here for over 2 years and will continue to do so.

Theses guys are awesome.. Not like other places where you get told you need this, this, and this and then Getty charged a ton of money.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!

Got my oil change and inspection super fast. Friendly, professional service. I will definitely be getting my oil changes from there from now on!!

They've just won my business for good!!! I don't live far from here and always go here for inspections; however, usually just go anywhere for oil changes. I went here tonight to get an oil change (just because it was more convenient - even though it was more expensive) and found out that my cabin air filter had just about had it. We are leaving for Kansas in a couple of days, and this could've really caused us problems. I was also told that I needed a fuel injection and that if I got both done now, he'd give me a discount! I think he really cares about doing the best job for the customer!!!
