This apartment is nice, clean, great maintenance staffs. When we signed for the 2nd year lease of contact, it says in the lease that resident is receiving one complementary accent wall, but there is none, that lease of contact was last Dec.2012. We move out last 2013. The company they hire for inspection was a big liar, scam, we are not there during the inspection and the office did not inform and invite us when they do the inspection. It was said on the lease we should be there too. We received a mail from them for final statement, we did not get the deposit back, instead we will pay for the carpet as the company staff who inspect said, all rooms have urine pet, which is a big lie, as we never had a pet in the unit. The staff of Oakmont should check the lease records of the residents before agreeing with this Five Star Carpet Care & Painting Services, if a pet is stated in the resident's lease. It's is so disgusting. People cheat and lie to get more money from other people. Liars

I moved into Oakmont of Bear Creek when the paint was barely dry. I've been there now six years. I cannot say enough about Joyce (manager) and her staff. Always polite. Always understanding. Always willing to help out. The amenities are great. The location is the best for a traveller like me (right behind the airport). The complex is lovely and quiet and kept up well with a fine maintenance crew. One of the best finds in Euless!
