Provided by YP.comSince new management (Vesta) took over things have gone down hill. Water/Sewer bill went from an average of $20 on your bill to an extra $50 when they took over. Theyve had Apartment Violations and were cited. Parking has always been bad so that's nothing new. But people being allowed to take up visitor space by putting two barbecue grills there and blasting music was new. Dog poop in the grass is normal, so be careful. It's fairly quiet at night, so no problems there. I've had no hot water coming in from the Shower ONLY for since October 2015. Reported it twice to them management (Milestone) and the problem was fixed. Vesta took over in March 2016. Hot water in the Shower ONLY went out again in April 2016. Refrigerator was old so mold started to build up on the inside AND outside of refrigerator no matter how often you cleaned it. I had a Millilpede infestation from April until September LITERALLY. They were coming inside somehow from underneath the carpet. (Not cracks, Not windows BUT UNDERNEATH THE CARPET.) I'm not talking one or two either. Whenever it rained the window would leak rainwater inside. The bathtub needed to be replastered because paint was peeling badly. I reported all of this WEEKLY to Vesta, hand written as per lease agreement and NOTHING WAS DONE FOR 4 MONTHS. I decided to get a Lawyer and Legally Break my Lease in July due to breach of the lease on Managements part. Absolutely ridiculous. People shouldn't pay over $800 to live that way.

Provided by YP.comEverything was fine until the new management showed up. The front office never returned my calls for weeks and I had to physically go in to the office for anything to be done or answered. The staff was always very rude and uncommunicative. The apartment itself is pretty nice but it is not worth the headache and price for such terrible management. Missing Milestone rent and their lovely staff! I could keep going, but I think you get the point: terrible management = terrible place to live.

Provided by YPmobileFirst I should have did my research before I move here... The maintenance steals whenever he comes to fix things in my place while I'm not home... And just know if you don't pay rent by the 10th they will messed up your credit... Don't let the niceness fool you... Other then that the apt is okay to live.

Provided by YPmobileWorse apartments ever! The management staff is a complete joke and the maintainace staff are a bunch of idiots! I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here. I lived there for a year and a half and I can't believe I stayed that long. They don't do anything right. They have several stray cats on the property and it makes your apartment smell like a litter box! They don't fix anything right and you have to call corporate to get it done right. One time maintenance trashed my place and to compensate me they offered movie passes! These apartments suck!

Provided by YP.comMy hubby and I lived there from 2004-2006. We loved the layout of our apt. However... They do not work with you if having a problem making rent for a month. You have to wait til you have the whole amount due including the late fee for each day before your rent is accepted. If you get an eviction letter you have to pay that amount also at the same time.
The manager, Yolanda promised us a new dishwasher. The thing had issues from the time we moved in. The knob was broken away from the dishwasher, it never got the dishes clean no matter what used to clean it out as advised. Needless to say they never fulfilled the promise on a dishwasher.
Our water bill went up dramatically after a few months of living there. They were aware of a water leak somewhere in our building. They never found/repaired the problem.
The hot tub broke down and wasn't replaced, even to be used the next yr.
Parking was always a nightmare. Their were clunkers that just sat forever and were never moved. You did well to get spot somewhat close to your apt, if one at all.
Living there (and being anywhere) was really scary around the time of Hurricane Katrina.
What went on while they repainted the outside of the apts was unacceptable. Renter's cars were stood on w/o bothering to get permission 1st. This was done while they were painting under the covering for covered parking. Some did well if a protective sheet was placed over their vehicle. Completely uncalled for!!!
We had problems with mold and even worse with big black ants as well as the fire ants. When we moved out we found fire ant hills behind and beneath our furniture that we weren't aware of their existence.
We got a month behind on our rent, got an eviction. When the rent money in full including late fees and eviction fee was presented to Yolanda she wouldn't accept it in any way shape or form. She didn't accept it even with still evicting us.
I'm sure I called think of more if I tried to. If considering this as a place to live, do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere.
