Needed help switching my service from AT&T to Sprint. First they tried to sell me phones, even though I had just purchased 2 phones online from Sprint. Since I bought the phone online vs their store, they told me they couldn’t help me. Came home, caught my breathe & realized all I had to do was call an 800 number from a different telephone number than my cell number. Why couldn’t they have just called the 800 number from a phone in the store. I will never go into this store again. They were rude and dishonest.

I had bought a used phone off of eBay, because when I checked my upgrade eligibility online, I was only able to get $75 off of a new phone. My Blackberry was 2 years old and falling apart, but I had used a different phone for a few months, so I wasn't able to get the full upgrade. When I brought the eBay phone in to be activated, they offered to override what the website said, and give me a full upgrade so that I could get the phone I actually wanted. Then took the time to go over the features of the new phone. All in all, I had a great experience at this Sprint store and would recommend these guys to anyone.
