If I could I would rate this salon less than one star! That is how upset I am about what the stylist did to my hair. I went in to get my color corrected. The guy Terrence that works here cut my hair and need I remind you this is not why I went in. I agreed to a trim my hair is halfway down my back and beautiful getting ready for my wedding next month. NO, when he turns me around he had cut my hair SO short and had given me short layers. I never asked for layers he just did that on his own. Now it is SO short barely goes down my shoulders. I am so saddened by this guy and this store. I am a platinum award member I spend over 1, 000 dollars in that store alone a year. I will never ever get my hair done here again! I may even be switching to Sephora for the rest of my beauty supplies.

I went to the Ulta Salon for a haircut and to get the "ombre look". I was really indecisive about what color I wanted my brown hair to fade into but my stylist, Nuvia, was so helpful and picked out the perfect toner for my hair. She took her time when bleaching it and I love how it turned out. when it came time to cut my hair I was worried she be like every other stylist I'd been to and chop off a bunch of hair (when I'd ask to take off as little as possible), but Nuvia took off less than an inch and I was so pleased. The salon staff is funny and overall I'd do it again just for the experience. My hair is perfect and I can't stop telling people about Nuvia.



P.S. There is a stylist named Hailey also and she highlighted this woman hair perfectly, and if for whatever reason I couldn't book Nuvia again, I would trust Hailey with my hair in a heartbeat.
