This Windham guy is retiring and said the brace othropedic sugery prescribed will not do anything for me which he is not helping getting. He shamed me for calling in sick to the othropedic sugery follow up visit where I was to report after using the brace which I still don't have. He said nothing will help me. He said I had arthritis and the othropedic sugery said it's not arthritis it is tennis elbow. Windham put me on restricted duty from being off work even though I still don't have the brace. Windham doesn't have a clue what he is doing. Clearly a retiring doctor should not have the power to ruin my career as I cannot report to work. Yesterday he said there is no other workers comp doctors in this area and I would have to go to redding. Malpractice I say. What a horrible doctor. I have to file an audit of the system show this in court. Clearly he is unfit. At 68 I definitely think it is time to retire and not screw up patients recovery process. I have proof on the whole process that took place. Clearly he reads an MRI quite differently than the surgeon and is unqualified to be giving diagnose and treatment for occupational help.
