I am not happy with this company. When I ordered my sectional they told me it would take 8 weeks to come in. I waited the 8 weeks and then called, they could not get into their computer on the weekend so I had to wait til monday when I was promised a call back. That call did not come so I called back on Wednesday, and I could hear them in the back ground yelling at each like they no one knew who I was. They did get on line with the company and accidentally put me on conference so I could hear what was said. My sectional was still in route but was promised it would be in with in 2 weeks. They called me back and let me know the sectional was in, we told them we no longer had a way to transport the couch to Cresent City and ask them to deliver it, the cost was an extra $200 which was fine, but they said they would get back to us with a date they could do it. 2 more weeks went by with no call so I called back, seems they were waiting to see if they could piggyback it with another delivery... I ended up renting a trailer to go get it myself. I will have to think seriously before ordering again from this company. Customer service is lacking Update... When I went to pick up furniture they had me meet them at the warehouse where two men in a truck loaded it in our trailer, no one even asked for ID or paperwork. When I got it home and got packaging off one piece was not made correctly, so I am going to have to return it. I will see what they will do, hopes are not high. I will continue this review. Have had much better service getting this matter resolved and chase will be exchanged. I am changing my review to 3 stars for now.
