While their critter and fish selection are phenomenal, I had a bad experience with a staff member that left a lasting, unpleasant memory of Fin-N-Feather. I was publicly shamed by the reptile "expert" for bringing in my Bearded Dragon. Not only are they sociable creatures, but I am like a 99 degree heat rock in the warm month of August, so in no way was he uncomfortable or cold. But that didn't stop him from telling new Bearded Dragon owners next to me that it's irresponsible to take them out of their cages. I like their supply of dried food, decor and whatnot but I will never be back.

Consider this place a treat to take my grand kids! Very nice small town warmth and helpful staff! Don't go to Petco! Keep our $ local! Great, Great place! We live in Trinidad and still make the pilgrimage!

I've had pets all my life and really appreciate all the help and advice available here.
Everyone is always courteous and knowledgeable. It is often busy, even though there are usually 3 to 5 staff available which to me just shows their popularity .

It's a shame that someone can totally reduce the "Star" rating by one poor review.



I'm really surprised by Britina G.'s review below. I have been going to this pet store for 15 years and have had absolutely the opposite experience that she had.



The only time I had to wait is for my turn, because they are so busy on Saturday's or on Sale days.



I do know that they do not like when people won't heed their advice and want to take their animal home only to kill it because of the customer being too impatient to set up their environment correctly.



If Britina G. thinks she can get better service with the comatose help at "Pet Co", she has no business owning any pet!
