My review is under two different areas. I am an ex employee. When it comes to health care, Hall avenue is far beyond amazing. The owner is extremely caring and puts all her effort into the home. She is not in it for profit. She is in it for strictly caring for those who need help. The owner does not load up on residents/clients/elderly, whatever the right word is, to make money. Her professionalism is key and on point. However, when it comes to working for her... She is tough and PICKY! And not in a good way. She changes her mind constantly. And because of this, you are never right and always wrong. Also, the work is mostly house keeping. So when her ad says, "patient care with light house keeping." Dont buy into it. If you are looking for a place for your loved one. This is the place. If you are looking for a place of work... look the other way. I would like to ad one thing.... If the owner wasnt so picky, Hall Avenue wouldn't be what it is. Which is wonderful. Like I said, if you can hang in there. Do it.
