Don't be fooled by these friendly talking shysters. Absolutely a trash business. You let them into your home. They give you there word. They destroy your possessions an kill your pets. Then turn around and say its your fault. They will not take responsibility. Bottom line if you value your possessions or your renters do not call this company.

My house was a total loss in June 2017. My insurance company sent Dan Salinger here. He promised to take care of everything and he understood that checks came quarterly after inspections. He acted like my best buddy who would have my new house completed by December 2017. Even the contract said December 29, 2017.
Well it’s now the middle of July 2018 and it’s still not finished. On the outside the house looks great. The subs did a fantastic job. But NLS increased the price of my house with dozens of change orders, and said those change orders were only for my insurance company. Little did I know the price of my house increased over $30,000!
I lived in a hotel room with my two dogs from June until October when they finally got the plans approved. Every month they advanced my completion date by one or two months. Now I’ve been in a rented trailer in back of my new house NINE MONTHS waiting for my gas and water and mistakes they’ve made to be corrected and finished.
And now, because they did not pass the Bank’s inspection and the bank will not send the final checks until they are finished with the house, they stopped working completely in April. Dan Salinger quit and said, “I’m pulling my men off the job because Judye won’t listen to me.”
You have to understand that he told me I only had $2500 from my insurance to build cabinets. The rest was for overhead and profit. So if I hired someone else, NLS would keep the $7500 and reimburse me only $2500. We had an argument about that, and because I wouldn’t agree to that, he called my son-in-law and left that message.
They finally tore down my burned house last month. That is the one thing they had to do. During this Salinger busted my rock steps and the rock facade around the house. My sidewalk was also broken or completely torn out in many places. There is no doubt it was done purposely.
So I’m here in a little trailer and now paying rent on that and house payments and an attorney.
Did I mention I spent over $20,000of my insurance-furniture-money buying floors, cabinets, countertops, lights and fans and the front door? I was told I would be reimbursed. Well that is never going to happen,
Did I mention they took everything out of my burned-house after I asked them to save the bedroom unharmed furnishings?
Three Antiqnue French Provencial dressers vanished somehow. I was very upset and I still am. And especially after I found out Mrs Salinger refinishes and sells antiques. She even has Facebook how-to furniture restoring videos!
At this time they are trying to put a lien on my property. So I had to get an attorney. Who would ever think someone could be so cruel after a person loses everything?
This has been the roughest most depressing year of my life. Not only did I lose everything in a fire, but I spent all my insurance money, earmarked for furniture on building the house, and now I’m actually paying rent on a trailer also.
Having a new house built should be a happy and exciting adventure, but it has turned into the worst nightmare of my life because I took the word of my insurance adjuster and hired an incompetent and greedy, heartless company to build my new home.
Please take mine and the above person’s advice. If you hire New Life Services Company, it could be the most regretful decision of your life.

We had a horrible water damage, and were refered to NLS. They turned a stresful situation around and made things so easy. Matt House was wonderful and helped us every step of the way. Five stars for sure.
