Made an appointment for my birthday, even emailed the image I wanted and called back to reconfirm everything was in order. Drove an hour and was turned away because the artist was "working on a cover up that was taking longer than he expected." They never made any effort to contact me to reschedule or cancel. The only available artist not only had a huge attitude about being asked to take on the appointment but wanted to charge me over twice what I was quoted. Incredibly unprofessional, terrible customer service.

My first tattoo.......done today 6-28-11....what a GREAT expierience! It was done by Damien (I hope I spelled your name correctly) its awesome, I love it. I walked through the door with x amount of money and walk out the door with something that was probably more then what I payed for. I already had it planned before entering what I wanted and that I was going to add to it later. He did an excellent job sketching out my idea and then making my idea better. He made me feel comfortable. Not only was he friendly but the whole staff was friendly, they all made my sister (my support just in case I chickened out, but was highly unlikely) and I feel very welcome. I highly recommend Old Growth Tattoo and Damien to anyone, new comers to tattoos or someone who already has tattoos............Thank You Old Growth, I WILL BE BACK!!!
