The food SUCKS and the filler they use in the margaritas tastes like it came straight from a Tijuana Toilet!

Been going there since her little place on Wabash and am sad to see her quality be reduced so much. I guess the more she grew the farther away from quality her products did too! Rita you better spend less on advertising and more on quality control!

The food has no love anymore! No tomatoes, cilantro or lettuce. Just bland borring OVVVVVERPRISED PLATES of disappointing FOOD!



LUZMILAS in Mck. is THE BEST Mexican food around!! They have an angelic staff and a kids place to play. She deserves to take RITAS thrown!

Ritas is a nice clean place. The food is good. The specials are solid and the staff has been a joy to work with. Make sure to ask for their specials, they have a lot of them.

Rita's used to be the best mexican restaurant in the area...great food, great service...not any more! My husband and I were 'regulars' but no more. There are mexican restaurants in the area that have food just as good as Rita's and the service is much better...which doesn't take much. At Rita's, there can be 5 people standing around, avoiding eye contact so they don't have to wait on us. It took 10 minutes to get a pint of beer and another, at least 10mins to get a margarita. Then to get them to take your order, seriously, no exagerating, 25 to 30 mins...and to get a second round of drinks...forget it.Rita's has become a very poorly managed restaurant! Very much a bummer! They used to be so good. We don't go there anymore and the people that I know who used to go there on a regular basis, don't bother anymore. I won't say what the better mexican restaurants are in this area, but I will say that most (if not all)of them are better than rita's. Too bad. Not to keep going on but we have used rita's to cater parties and have been devoted regulars. A once great restaurant down the tubes because of employees not caring about the customers:(
