Don't go here!!!! I left my ring to get fixed and cleaned. I was told it would be 2 weeks. That was 1.5 months ago. I have tried calling everyday. Her hours are 11-3. But she's never open. Her voicemail is always full, and the message has been the same for weeks. I feel like my ring has been stolen. I also live right by the store and walk past frequently... Nothing. I hope she reads this, all I want is my ring back, even if it hasn't been worked on yet. This is so sketchy!

Last year I lost my beloved pet of 15 years. I bought a heart pendant and wanted to have my pet's name inscribed on it. I decided to use a local jeweler, so that I could support a local business. My pet's name was only 7 letters long. They kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long to have it engraved. First it was because the engraver was on vacation, then they were sick, then they were on lunch. All in all, it took ONE MONTH for them to engrave my pendant. Then when it was done, they didn't offer so much as a 10% discount for my time, trouble and inconvenience. No wonder they went out of business.
