Be careful with the billing dept. Cancer treatment for my wife for 1 1/2 years, pay all my bills on time. Got 5 in 1 day over a year old not billed social security or our insurance.

This place does not even deserve one star for the terrible service that I have encountered here. The problem is not necessarily with the care or treatment here, it's a problem with the staff who is in charge of the billing. I was charged $100 for visiting the emergency room when my boyfriend had a severe fever and they only accepted Visa (not mastercard, which is all he had at the time). Except for the fact that they DIDN'T charge my card in February and sent us a bill the next month for the same $100. We sent a check in April, which they immediately cashed. I then was charged AN ADDITIONAL $100 off my Visa card in May, after I had come back down from school and had no money. This hospital has caused me to go into overdraft and I now am waiting for a call back from these people.

Bottom line: DO NOT GO HERE.

this place is CRAP, the people are overly unfriendly and rude.. when I was taken in to triage the doctor sits on a personal call for 5-6 minutes while the nurse just looks at me like uhhh what next? I was there because of a car wreck that wasn't my fault, now a month and a half later im still trying to get things figured out with the insurance company.. I start getting harassed by the hospitals in home collection agency multiple times a day.. while my room mate who was in the wreck with me, hasn't received 1 phone call from these people and has the EXACT situation going on that I do..



st. joseph... if im dying I will not return to you.. nothing I can say here can convey the amount of distaste for my experience with this place..
