When I locked my keys in the car...with the motor running...on a full tank of gas...on an icy day, I quickly went in and searched for a locksmith online and in the hard-copy Yellow Pages. I did not know where to begin and it took most of an hour calling and calling to find someone who would come out...before late that afternoon...after all my gas was gone. Others who were listed in that area, when they discovered my specific location said, "Oh, I was wrong, we don't service that area." - even when they were listed there! The last name in listings under locksmiths was Hyndrich Towing (never thought to look there) and I was desperate so I gave them a try. They listened to my plea, asked the make, model and year of the vehicle, said they understood and would send someone out. It was about 8:15 am and when I asked if they would be there before that afternoon they said they would be out within the hour. Ten minutes later a call came from the locksmith seeking directions to my location. The technician arrived in five minutes, had all the right tools, and had my car opened in another five minutes...with no damage to the door or vehicle frame. He wrote up the bill, took my check and that was that. I was impressed...and happy...and on my way. Thanks for the help! Carol K
