Went to Jimmy John's to get a set of subs for your Anniversary Picnic. Ordered two subs, the first a roast beef slim with extra cheese & mustard but failed to have mustard on it (no big deal). While my wife's sub Turkey Tom #4, failed to have anything on it besides meat. So we drove back from the park 7miles away after we opened our subs to JJ. The real problem is that after we drove there to get it corrected with the receipt (that correctly showed the order as we wanted. The Manager argued that it was our fault that we didn't get the right order, and didn't check it. Then he was unapologetic about THEIR MISTAKE, he blamed it on our server which never informed me that a slim would not come with mustard unless it was another sub type. But they should make it the way I want. I know it's a new store, but with EIGHT workers and no one else in the store how hard is it to get it right the first time. The manager should have made it right and fix it asap. After the Manager finger our subs he decided to make us a new subs (mine was fine if he just put mustard on it, actually looked smaller than first). Next I look over the sub maker drops my wife's mayo on the counter which he wipes off and puts on her sub instead of grabbing another dip. Really, with all the gallon containers of Mayo & Mustard why go skimp on the cheapest condiments around? Also, she noticed at the end of her sandwich that they got some tuna in with it also. He kept my receipt.



After giving us a hard time it makes it really difficult to pay $12.05 for crappy service and double the price for half a sub & service. The worst restaurant visit in two years. I will not suggest this shop to locals. We will always remember what sub-shop on our special day ruined it.



Two stars (still ok subs but not worth it), just go to Quiznos, Subway, or STL Bread Company instead all cheaper and better made.
