I absolutely love living at Legends Terrace Apartments. If you have a maintenance issue it is usually taken care of the same day or at least by the next day. In the summer, the swimming pool is always kept so pristine and I like having access to the gym whenever I want to use it. My friends who visit always comment on how much they like my apartment. I plan on this being my home for quite some time.

The apartments have cheap windows and poor insulation, so utility bills are extremely expensive, and noise between the apartments is a problem. There is no place for kids to play other than the parking lot, so cars are frequently damaged. When these issues have been brought to the management's attention, the response has been dismissive.
I can't wait until my lease is up.

The only complaint that I have is that the parking in terrible. If you don't have a garage or if you don't pay for the covered parking, it makes it difficult to have company over (bday parties, bbq's) when your guests have no place to park without having to walk a good distance. However, the pool and the gym are wonderful. The landscaping is always kept up and if you have any trouble with appliances or something like that then they are usually good about taking care of those issues promptly. I also would like to add that the rent includes cable, but does not include water, sewer or trash like most other apartments. This is the first apartment that I have ever rented that did not cover those.
