Provided by YP.comThese people are completely incompetent. I called to order a part and was assured it would be in on Tuesday at 9am. I called the next day to confirm that it would arrive on Tuesday and was assured that it had shipped and that it would arrive on time. When I called Tuesday morning, I was informed that it had in fact not shipped and would not arrive until the next afternoon. The owner was not helpful at all and made no effort to get me another part.
