The worst service ever..food was cold when arrived order was not right, never once offered to refill drinks...will never return...

They have changed hands in the last several months and can no longer recommend them. They did some cleaning and remodel of the RR, but the service and quality of food is no longer what it was. The 1/5/2014 review by K.D. below is pretty accurate.

Terrible service & food. The waitress didn't know what kind of fish was used in the stuffed fish dinner, and didn't offer to find out. Settled for wings & fried pickle chips (thought it'd be a safe, quick order). Took another 15-20 min before waitress came back & said that fried pickles would take longer because they were out of flour. Seriously? Wings came out dry & overcooked. Asked for celery & bleu cheese and waitress brought us ONE small piece of celery. (Not one pc. each - just one pc.) Seriously?!? Normally, in this situation, I'd speak with the manager to let them know they've got some problems. For this place, I couldn't care less. Let'em go out of business. Terrible experience.

I brought my family in for a surprise birthday. I have been to the Crazy Gator w/ friends, but never with my family. They can be a real handful. The whole staff was great, from start to finish. Brian was our server, he was great. He suggusted the gator tail and it was great. All the servers were attentive, during the meal. The food was fit for a king. They even finished off our dinner w/ a dessert on the house for the birthday boy. It was great and we will all be back.
