They saw us coming- snoozed us, completely misrepresented this vehicle! After payment- literally pulling out of the car lot, 1,2,3,4,5! Dash lights! Yup
We were told NO warranty! So far in under 2 weeks have had 3 major repairs, and it needs two more :(
We were told this vehicle needed nothing !- seems otherwise. It’s been in the shop more days than in our driveway- buyer BEWARE!

Beware do NOT buy a car from this place at all. There liers and scammers all they want is your hard earn money and there tell ypu anything to get it.There cars break down a day after you buy them and they promise to fix them but never do.They ask you to comment fraud and cheat and lie to the finance company to get the money released then they never return you calls or do what they give there so call "WORD" on.Theses people don't know the meaning of honesty there a joke. I will also be filing a law suit against them and reporting them to Florida Business and if anyone elsa would like to join in the law suit please contact me. These people need to n e stopped and put out of business. Please hear my warning and god bless.

BUYER BEWARE I HAD SIMILAR SCENARIO. PROMISED TO FIX CAR DOCUMENTED AND STILL DID NOT FIX . I WILL VE FILING LAWSUIT. TRIED TO GET ME TO COMMIT FRAUD .WILL TELL YOU TO LIE TO FINANCE COMPANY AN SAY THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH CAR IF BUYING A BMW PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE THEY WILL RESET COMPUTER SO THAT IT SEEMS TO BE GOOD.I HAVE A $3000 MECHANIC BILL ON A CAR A BOUGHT FROM THEM IN LESS THAN 2 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE I PAID OVER 8,000 FOR CAR.OH AN THE WARRANTY THEY OFFER ONLY GOOD FOR TOILET PAPER. DONT BUY FROM THIS JACK LEG SHADE TREE SNUFF DIPPING DEALER

I found a great deal and was in my new car that afternoon. Great customer service as well. They were very helpful walking me through the whole process.

BUYER BEWARE!! Was sold a car from these people that has NEVER worked. Many many promises, guarantees and Jack the owners word" that if I would have Finace company release his money he gave me his word he'd make personally sure my car would be fixed. Since I told Flnance company to release funds, I can't even get Jack to return any of my hundreds of calls to him. He claimed I wasvruining his reputation by holding up money. Once he had car for the 6/7 time to fix, I picked it up and was TOLD to release funds. I wanted to drive a day or two before I did this but again Jack comes to me with promises promises and his "word" claiming it's good as gold. Told finance company to release funds. Surely with his word as he so eloquently put my car would be brought to standards. This entire time I was being told it was ok to drive car. Well that was a lie. The final airbag went down and in trying to get car home, I hit a dip in the road tearing off part of front number My advice STAY AWAY!!!

As soon as I got out of my call I heard good afternoon from a young southern Gentleman Travis.. He tried really hard to get a Jetta VW but instead we got a Buick Roundevue..Awesome ,honest people to work for you...

Very rude and sells crappy broken cars with no rotors and don't change oil or nothing they need to look over their cars before they sell them I've been hassled so much over this car lot I have never been so stressed over a new car I've bought from buy here pay here's and never been as stressed as I have been with any other vehicle the car I bought from them back in December has been in the shop more than in my possession I just had the owner up in my face yelling at me a week ago saying I needed a battery and it was not a battery it was an alternator so there has been about a total of $4000 put into my car just to keep it going as much $ has been put into this car I could've almost had it paid off don't send your worst enemy to this car lot
