They asked when I needed my helium balloons I told them, but My balloons fell for my party. I called the next day and was told I could return them for a refund if I brought them back, but it would have to be that day, so I did (thankfully I still had them!), and got a full refund. They aren't too warm and friendly there either. Blah. Probably won't go there again.
