Never go to this place. Horrible service. ible room.

The owners should be ashamed!! For our wedding anniversary we rented the Caesar themed suite, although we figured it would be a little cheesy, we never expected to find a room that was in this bad of shape. We were greeted with broken windows, a very moldy shower, half the lights didn't work, wallpaper was peeling, mold on wall near bed, a duck taped lamp, broken table, a black wall from the heater, what appeared to be blood on wall and marble post, and to top it off we pulled the sheet and found bed bugs! Honestly this place should be condemned. We did not stay and they would not give a refund. If this is what you get for 141.13 I'm terrified to see what the normal rooms look like. We came right home and contacted the BBB. The pictures on the website are deceiving. I do not recommend this hotel.

Bad Bed Bug infestation somewhere... Checked all over the night that we checked in, as is usual since I am constantly on the road. In the morning found a few, and then a few more.... and many, many more. Management will not contact, nor will employees provide me with a phone number. When we told them at checkout in AM, staff didn't seem to care and would not provide refund. BBB reports have been filed. As with the Colorado Department of Health.
