I did end up adopting a cat just yesterday!! I fell in love with the cat she was fed well but the staff was rude accept for the one lady that helped me with paperwork. The cats a long hair her fur was matted and knotted.. No wonder she had been there for months.. Staff WILL NOT go out of their way to help they are very busy as they say but are standing around chatting.. We went in with intentions of adopting not browsing not just looking but to take one home... The facility was clean I will give them that but they know nothing about the animals good luck if you go in there make sure your patient!!

I've been in this area for a long time and have known many people who have worked there and say it's a horrible place to work. Many of the people are very rude and it only makes me think about the poor animals and wonder how they are being treated. I've known of many people who have adopted sick animals too. I also heard that a past employee stole lots of money and that they didn't catch for over a year; that tells me they don't have good money management either. I definitely wouldn't donate without doing my research first. You can check most non-profits financials through the Colorado Secretary of State website or usually most organizations have them on their website.

All the staff are very dedicated, caring individuals whose needs of the animals come firt. There place is very clean, for they spend hours and hours cleaning the cages etc. They work not hard, every day. The volunteer coordinator is awesome, she is so caring and sweet. Go visit and perhaps you would like to become a volunteer. They are also in need of donations such as food, kitty litter etc,
