I was referred to Bonro Medical to purchase a pair of compression hose in February. I gave them my insurance information and they gave me a price of $10.00 per pair. When I went in for my fitting the lady talked me into getting 2 pairs. 9 months later... Yes 9 months later I receive a bill for $180.00. I spoke with Stephanie who said she is the VP and she was rude and not helpful at all and informed me there was nobody else for me to talk to. After speaking with my insurance company they did not even file a claim until August 25. It frustrates me that they gave me a price which I paid and 9 months later bill me $180.00. Just beware!!
