Terrible. ruined a Mother of the Bride dress week before the wedding and refuse to take any responsibility for their mistakes. Rude and aggressive.

Be carefull what you have them clean. Ruined a prom dress that was to be dry cleaned only, because of carlessness. Was able to take it to Pressed 4 Time to have fixed. They also told me it was cleaned incorrectly. When you spend that much money on an item, you sure want the people handling it to use the utmost care.
