No certified mechanics won't stand behind work.

Cliett advertises certified mechanics but don't count on it when you get work done. I had just a transmission fluid changed and they didn't get this right. The so called mechanic didn't know that you need to have engine warm and running to check fluid. They filled it up 5-6 inches above fill line. I had my oil changed at another shop when he showed me the transmission level. WOW, it was extremely high and it was a miracle that damage hasn't occurred. I took my truck back to Cliett and the first thing he said is "we couldn't have done that" I said no one else has touch it. Yes it was done a couple of months ago but I didn't think I needed to check the transmission fluid after it was just serviced. I asked him about the certifications of his mechanics and he became very very angry. He yelled "well they are probably certified for somethings". REALLY? He refused to correct the problem and that's okay because I wouldn't let him touch any of my vehicles. I have written a letter to state attorney general because he shouldn't be advertising certified mechanics when they are not. If his mechanics doesn't know how to read and fill a transmission would you want them to work on your car or truck?

I wish I had read a review like this before I went there.

I wish I could give them negative 5 for a rating!

If this transmission had been overfilled the fluid would be spraying out the breather tube on top, fluid would be all over the underside of the truck. If you just came from a Fast Lube Shop why did it take you 3 three months to get back to us?
