I had a small surgical procedure completed by Dr. Austin and upon leaving the procedure I was standing at the check out window to make my follow up appointment and suddenly experienced a medical emergency. Dr. Austin and the whole staff were so well prepared as if Dr. Austin routinely practices emergency protocols and assigns each staff member emergency responsibilities. There was no hesitation or second guessing, it was all action. I was so impressed. For your next surgical procedure, choose a doctor that is prepared for all possibilities; I can assure you that Dr. Austin and his staff meet this important necessity. As my surgical site goes, it looks amazing -no suture scar, beautiful work.
