Evans Dermatology is ripping off military families. On my first and only visit I paid out of pocket to see the doctor. The receptionist insisted she record my insurance information even though she said they would not file a claim with tricare. So I was very angry when I received an invoice in the mail. Not only did I pay in full cash for my visit but the office then went and charged Tricare who paid $25 additional! I was never reimbursed any money I paid out of pocked. I called the office several times about the issue but I was always told the office manager would have to call me back, which she never did. Horrible experience. Horrible service.

Prescriptions never called in on time, you can NEVER get in touch with someone on the phone, you have to remind the front desk staff about your copay or else you'll just get a bill in the mail. Totally unprofessional practice. I've been a patient for two months and I am beyond done with them.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly and Dr. Florentino was wonderful and very knowledgable. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone in the Evans area,

This is a great dermatology office. I have had acne for several years and now I finally have a clear complexion. I don't have to wear thick makeup and I can wear tank tops without being self conscious about my complexion. Thank you Evans Dermatology for helping me!!!

Dr Florentino is my hero....after being misdiagnosed by 2 different doctors she cleared up my skin disorder!! I was feeling better within 48hrs of walking out of her office. Dr Florentino's office got me in quickly and she has a wonderful staff. I would definately recommend her for all your dermatologist needs.

I love going to Evans Dermatology for everything from seeing the doctor to getting my medical grade cosmetics and skin care products - the special attention I get to help me decide what is best for my skin is incredible and is so fun - it's like talking to my best girlfriends!!

Dr. Florentino was a pleasure to work with and she does an excellent job. She is fluent in Spanish and they are located in Evans, GA next to Tuscany. I recommend Evans Dermatolgy to anyone looking for a professional dermatologist in the Augusta area.
